There are two investment options: A non-returnable donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund, or a recoverable investment into property or local business. The required donation and investment amounts are given below:

Donation to the Sustainable Growth Fund

The required donation amounts depend on the number of applicants included in the application for citizenship of St Kitts and Nevis:

  • Single applicant: US$ 150,000.
  • Married couple: additional US$ 25,000.
  • Additional qualifying dependents: US$ 10,000 each.

In addition, the application processing and the due diligence fees have to be paid: US$ 7,500 for the main applicant, plus US $4,000 for dependent family member over 16 years of age. The fees are non-refundable.

The offer is in force for a limited time (consult us for details)! The state duties, the due diligence fees, and the immigration agent’s charges remain the same.
